STEP1:
Analyze The Movements

Big 3 Analysis: 90 minutes with the Doctor of Physical Therapy that includes:

  • Video analysis of movements
  • Thorough breakdown of movement quality
  • Determination of your modifiable and non-modifiable factors
  • Plan creation to correct modifiable factors that are limiting your performance
  • Opportunity to work with NorCal Physio 1-on-1 for performance training, physical therapy, training programming.

STEP2:
Alleviate The Pain

Pain is an indicator that something is restricting your performance.

No, pain after every workout is not normal. While we do expect discomfort and short term pain, long term and consistent pain is a sign that your training and progress is stagnant.

STEP3:
Fix the modifiable; utilize the non-modifiable

Now that we know how you move, we create a plan to fix what we can and utilize what we cannot.

The things we can change (modifiable) are attacked with a combination of manual therapy and corrective exercises.

We will highlight those things you cannot change (non-modifiable) and turn them into an advantage.

STEP4:
Integrate your optimal

Once you improve the modifiable and learn to highlight the non-modifiable, we will then integrate that into your Big 3 movements to make you as efficient as possible to maximize performance and decrease injury risk.
